Refund policy

Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and audiobooks are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Audiobook samples are available via SoundCloud to help you decide before purchase.

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will refund the duplicate order.

Physical Products (Print Books)

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation)
  • You must provide your order number and photographs of the damaged item

Once approved, you may choose:

  • A replacement copy, or
  • A full refund

Please use the contact form with the subject line Order Enquiry and include your name, order number, and details of the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
